As there are hundreds different shapes of trees and bushes depending on various factors, there is a multitude in possible settings of airblast sprayers. Therefore an accurate calibration of an airblast sprayer is crucial to provide good coverage and reduce drift.
Strong, reliable and easy to use, the Vertical Patternator offers the most effective and economic solution for the control and calibration of air blast sprayers.
The sprayed liquid is collected by discs of 20 cm width and guided to measuring glasses.
Optional: electronic reading unit with ultrasonic sensor to read out the content of the measuring glasses; data and graphs can be integrated in reports and printed with the dedicated software.

The double vertical patternator, which allows the control and calibration of tunnel sprayers with collecting discs on both sides (180 or 370 cm high).
The vertical patternator with 10 cm discs, allows a more precise setting of the sprayers in specialty crops.
A more detailed and complete setting is ensured (to spray towards some zones of the sprayed crop, where e.g. only grapes, berries,... are present.)
