Our Drone Test Stand is an electro hydraulic test bench for testing nozzles and pumps used in drones to distribute chemical products. The bench is made of stainless steel to handle all kind of chemicals (including products aggressing metals). The pumps and nozzles are those provided by the customer to test during the use with chemicals. The instrumentation is designed to ensure safety during the testing process, while keeping the products under control for subsequent treatment. Both pumps and nozzles are easily reachable to be exchanged simply and quickly without to much effort.
The bench is designed to be able to test 2 spray systems or 2 chemicals simultaneously. The main test chamber is common, but the bench is divided into two differentiated systems, in the present case one side with XAG and the other with DJI components. The DJI system consists of two pumps feeding two nozzles each, in which you can change the workload (pressure/flow rate) of the pumps. The XAG system consists of two pumps and an electric driven nozzle with a spinning head for each. In this case it is possible to regulate the workload(flow rate/pressure) of the pumps and the spinning speed of the nozzles. In each system, the set parameters, the flow rate and the pressure are registered as time series to observe the behaviour of all components.
