The AAMS Test Stand for Chemical Formulations is an electro hydraulic test bench for testing nozzles and pumps as used in drones that distribute pesticides. The bench is made of stainless steel to handle chemical aggressions.
The pumps and nozzles are those provided by the customer to test during the use with different formulations. The instrumentation is designed to ensure safety during the testing process, while keeping the products under control for subsequent treatment.
The main test chamber is common, but the bench is divided into two differentiated systems, XAG and DJI. The DJI system consists of two pumps feeding two nozzles each, in which you can regulate the workload of the pumps. The XAG system consists of two pumps and a special nozzle with a spinning head for each, in this case, it is possible to regulate the workload of the pumps and the spinning speed of the nozzles.
